Registration fees for the conference MUST be paid in full via credit card payment online or by purchase order before the conference begins. Group rates for groups of 4 or more are available.
Registration includes a link into all workshops, and continuing education credits. Please review the refund policy before registering. A link for entry to the conference will be provided to ONLY paid registrations or registrations by purchase order.
Please include payment by credit card or agency purchase order with your registration. Purchase orders can be provided as a promise to pay to enter the conference. The attendee must have a purchase order on file. The following must be present on the purchase order: a valid PO number and names of attendees. Checks mailed within a week of the conference start date will need to be overnighted.
Paying by Credit Card: Credit cards can be used to register online for the conference (Visa, Mastercard and Discover). You will be asked to provide the billing information of your credit card including the credit card number, 3-digit security number as well as the correct billing address.
The most common reason for credit card decline is entering the inaccurate billing information associated with your credit card. The information you enter must match the billing information exactly. If you have difficulty registering with a credit card or receive an error message, please contact Nancy Raymond at 508.375.0410 to assist over the phone.
Paying by Purchase Order: Purchase orders may be provided as a promise to pay for entry to the conference. Children’s Cove MUST have a copy of a valid purchase order on file.
