Continuing Education Credits

Continuing professional education credit will be applied for on behalf of the following groups:

•    Massachusetts Mental Health Counselors Association (LMHC)
•    National Association of Social Workers (LICSW)

•    In order to receive CEUs, attendees must attend both full days.
•    Partial session credits are not offered.
•    Conference attendees who wish to receive CEUs must check in at CEU desk for credits.
•    CEU applicants must sign in at the beginning of the conference and sign out at the end of each day in order to receive credit hours.
•    Continuing Education credits are free of charge.

Nursing Contact Hours

Cape Cod Healthcare (PA #158) is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by American Nurses Association Massachusetts, Inc., an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

In order to receive contact hours, attendees must:

  • Sign the course roster
  • Stay for the entire program
  • Submit a completed evaluation form at the end of class

Certificates of attendance will be offered free of charge at the conclusion of each day.


Registration fees for the conference MUST be paid in full via credit card payment online or purchase order number before the conference begins. Individual and Group Rates are available when registration opens July 2020.

Registration includes entrance into all workshops, entrance into the Networking Reception, breakfast and lunch on both conference days and any needed continuing education credits. Please review the refund policy before registering. Entrance to the conference will not be permitted without an online credit card payment or agency purchase order. Name badges will be received at check in and must be worn throughout the conference for admission into workshops.


Please include payment by credit card or agency purchase order with your registration. Purchase orders can be provided as a promise to pay in order to gain entry into the conference. The attendee must have a purchase order on file. The following must be present on the purchase order: a valid PO number and names of attendees. Checks mailed within a week of the conference start date will need to be overnighted.

Paying by Credit Card:  Credit cards can be used to register online for the conference (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). You will be asked to provide the billing information of your credit card including the credit card number, 3-digit security number as well as the correct billing address.

The most common reason for credit card decline is entering the inaccurate billing information associated with your credit card. The information you enter must match the billing information exactly. If you have difficulties registering with a credit card online or receive an error message, please contact Nancy Raymond at 508.375.0410 and we can assist over the phone with registering.

Paying by Purchase Order: Purchase orders can be provided as a promise to pay in order to gain entry to the conference. Children’s Cove MUST have a PO on file (including a valid PO number and a copy of the PO).

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your conference registration, you must do so by September 24th, 2020 in order to guarantee a full refund. Your request must be submitted in writing to Nancy Raymond at No refunds will be given after September 24th. No exceptions to this policy can be considered as our funds are fully committed to the production of this conference.

All refunds paid by purchase order will be mailed at the conclusion of the conference. Any refunds paid by credit card will be processed upon receipt of written request if eligible for a refund. You may substitute another qualified attendee from your agency without any additional fee at any time. Please contact Nancy Raymond at or 508.375.0410 if this occurs.
